Low set two bedroom cottage, back yard enclosed for children to play safely, your own covered carport. This unit has the facility of a disabled ramp for entry to the unit. The Main bedroom has been open up for wheelchair entry and exit with two king single beds. The bathroom and toilet is fully disabled area. The other bedroom has two king singles with two tumble beds underneath. The standard kitchen is fully set-up for cooking and severing food.
(At this stage the kitchen is standard but when I replace the kitchen I will be including a section of the new kitchen to be disabled friendly.)
The barbeque area is shared between the two units. The unit are non smoking but there is an area outside table, chairs and floor ashtray where you may smoke. The unit is fully A/C, furnished self contained require nothing but your clothes and groceries for your stay.
